At scale, all product-market fit fails. What’s the right way to go about it then? An extremely practical Customer Development Framework will be shared with the participants. You will also learn how to interview customers, collect requirements and prioritize them.
Design Thinking for Product Managers
You will learn to incorporate design thinking in the product by designing product personas and empathy maps. You will learn to create practical user stories, story-boarding and ensure that everybody in the team is on the same boat.

The Product Tools
You will be introduced to different tools which makes a PM job effective. Some of the tools we would be discussing are Google Analytics, Balsamiq, Sketch, Jira, Asana, Appsee, Canvasflip etc, depending on your industry.

Preparing for a PM Interview
If you have opted for this, you will learn how to crack PM interviews, handle assignments, prepare your resume etc. A mentor will help you guide through the process.

What does self-paced mean?
The Program Details
- Course Starts October 20th.
- This is a self-paced online course.
- There are 8 core modules and each module is of between 3-4 hours.
- The course is assignment driven: The session ends with an exercise which is compulsory for you to work on. The next module unlocks “only” when your assignment has been reviewed by instructors.
- Course sessions unlock only after you the previous assignment has been submitted and reviewed by the faculty. Be assured that you will get a lot of feedback and suggestions on home assignments.
- Home assignments will take an average of 2-3 hours per week.
- You can take the sessions at your comfort (ideally we would expect you to complete the course in 8-12 weeks).
- Job assistance: We will help you identify the right set of companies to apply for and help you prepare for the interviews.
- Mentorship / Networking support: Anytime you need, the instructor will be there for you to answer your queries.

What if I miss a class?
Well, this is self-paced course. After interacting with many of the participants, we realized that a fixed timing course doesn’t work well.
How is the course curriculum covered?
There are 8 modules as listed above and 1 module is covered each week. On average, each module is 2-3 hours.
How will I communicate with the tutor?
You will not only be part of the course community where you can interact and learn from everyone else but also have access to a weekly one-on-one call over Skype/Phone (depending on location) with the instructor where you can have your queries cleared. The weekly call will take place on a day and time of your choosing once you begin the course.
What is the turnaround time for assignments?
We will expect you to complete the assignments within 3 days post completion of a module.
